interesting post! you answered in an email that you do sell prints of your illustrations. do you have any illustrations of Paris cafe chairs. that is what i miss most. my husband and i were in Paris last August and i took pics of the cafe chairs but they did not turn out so great. also, i LOVE the Eiffel Tower so any illustrations of her would be awesome. really enjoy your blog. you are very talented.

      Hi Mindy,

At the moment, I do not have any illustrations of cafe chairs. However, if you would like to commission one, it would be my pleasure. Let’s be in touch!

Great painting! Any thoughts about gentle spice combinations for broiled fish fillets?

      Hi Cynthia,

If the fish is fresh, there is nothing better than olive oil, lemon juice, and a little sea salt. With mackerel in particular, I like making a quick salsa of tomatoes, capers, and Italian flat leaf parsley.

      Bon app!
